getting on the mat every day makes it all better
I practice breathing properly, child's pose and savasana nearly every day. I have used yoga to help stretch and heal the aches and pains that come from physical labor of sailing life. Making time to practice before the day's activities begin are the most essential key to a happier day. One-legged, balancing postures are the biggest challenge translating my land practice to a watery one, and finding a shady spot to practice in.
